Compliance – Mobile

To add a session on Compliance Mobile, browse to compliance.hha.org.au/mobile on your phone or tablet and log in with your auditor username and password (an internet connection is needed the first time you log in). On the Sessions screen, tap “Add Session”, then select the Organisation, Audit Name, Ward or Department, and Session number if needed; the date and time fill in automatically, so just check your device’s clock settings are correct.

Tap “Moments” to move to the data entry screen, where you can record up to four moments at once by choosing values for HCW, Action, Moment type and Glove fields, then save them individually or all at once with “Save All”. When finished, tap “Done” to return to the Sessions list, then Sync the session (or sync all sessions) whenever you have an internet connection so the data uploads to Compliance Database.

For quick access, add Compliance Mobile to your home screen from your browser menu (Menu > Add to Home screen) so you don’t have to type the address each time. If you can log in on desktop but not on your Android device, try a different browser such as Chrome.

If you can’t sync your data, it’s usually because there’s no internet connection, or your password was changed while you were still logged in on the device. To fix it: manually enter the stuck data into Compliance Database on desktop, delete the stuck session from the device, log out properly (don’t just close the browser), remove the Compliance Mobile home screen icon, then go to Settings > Apps > Browser > Storage > Clear Cache.
